Refund & Replacement Policy
At Embroithree, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality embroidery products and services. Please review our Refund & Replacement Policy below:
1) Digital Products (Embroidery Files)
- All digital embroidery file sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once the files have been delivered.
- If you experience technical issues with a file (e.g., corrupted file, format error), please contact us within 7 days at embroithree@gmail.com. We will assist you with re-sending the correct file or providing a replacement in the required format.
2) Physical Products (If Applicable)
- We do not offer refunds on physical items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace the product only at no additional cost.
- To request a replacement, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing embroithree@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging
- After review, we will confirm eligibility and arrange for a replacement.
3) Custom Orders
- Custom or personalized embroidery items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the design has been approved and production has begun.
- If the item is defective due to our error, we will provide a replacement.
4) Shipping & Returns (For Replacements)
- If a replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- Customers may be required to return the defective item (at no cost) before a replacement is shipped.
