Cancellation Policy

At Embroithree, we process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation terms carefully:
1) Digital Products (Embroidery Files)
- Orders for digital embroidery files cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, as files are delivered instantly or prepared immediately for delivery.
2) Physical Products (Shirts & Other Apparel)
- Cancellation requests for shirts and other apparel must be made before the order has been shipped.
- Once an apparel order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size chart and product details before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
- To request a cancellation, please email embroithree@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +91 9567248017 with your order number as soon as possible.
3) Custom Orders
- Custom or personalized embroidery orders (including custom shirts) cannot be cancelled once the design has been approved and production has started.
- If you wish to cancel before design approval, please contact us immediately. If work has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.
4) Refunds for Cancellations
- As per our Refund & Replacement Policy, we do not issue refunds. If a cancellation request is accepted (before shipment or design approval), your order will be voided, and you will not be charged.
